Lisa Kudrow felt insecure when she was filming with “Friends'” female co-stars

Los Angeles, Aug 6 : "Friends" star Lisa Kudrow has described the "jarring" emotions she experienced while filming the cult American sitcom with co-stars Jennifer Aniston and Courteney CoxThe 59-year-old actress actor, who soared to global recognition in the mid-1990s due to her role of Phoebe Buffay, revealed that her bodys perception changed after she got the role, as reported by mirror.

co.uk.Kudrow said on her interview on the Popcrushed podcast she was a victim of body dysmorphia.She added that she incorrectly believed she was"stick" like her father and sister "I didnt notice it.I didnt have any waist.I didnt even notice it in any way.I believed that I was thin and could do whatever I wanted," she explained "And Id glance at photos and think"Wow, these pictures actually alter reality.It was not until Friends that I realized that I didnt look the way I thought I did.Thats what made me so shocked and I was like"Ive got to lose weight? I need to eat right? Shoot." In response to a question about whether the media affected her change in opinion, Lisa explained it was due to watching her on TV as well as watching the way that the female trio appeared in clothes.

Kudrow claimed she requested Aniston who played Rachel Green and Cox, who played Monica Gellar to accompany her for various fittings and offer their expertise.At that point, she realized it wasnt just about fitting.
