This result allowed Madrid to rise to the top of La Liga’s table. Marco Asensio and Nacho Fernandez scored goals for Real Madrid, while Vinicius Junior, Ferland Mendy, and forward Luis Suarez got the goal for Granada.
Los Blancos performed very well, picking up three points from Los Carmenes and moving up to the top.
