K’taka sex CD scandal – Semi-naked man appears during virtual listening

Bengaluru, Nov 30, : On Tuesday, the Karnataka High Court directed the police to locate and issue a notice to a person who appeared semi-naked during video conferences.The court also requested that electronic data in this regard be retrievedAfter senior advocate Indira Jaisingh, representing victim in the sex CD matter, brought the matter up to the courts attention during the hearing on the alleged sex CD scam involving a former minister from the ruling BJP, the divisional bench headed Chief Justice Ritu Raj Ash Awasthi and Sachin Shakar Magadum issued the order.

Indira Jaisingh informed the court that the man was visible semi naked for approximately 20 minutes when the bench heard PILs in connection to the alleged sex disc scandal.The bench took the matter seriously, as more than 80 people were logged in to the hearing at the time.

She said that the semi-naked man could be seen and was even found bathing.She complained that she was exposed for 20 minutes.

She said that it seemed intentional and deliberate.She stated that such offensive behavior should not be repeated and it also amounted contempt of court.
