Eminent writer Kona Venkat and producer DVV Danayya were looted in a filmy style.

This incident took place near Shadnagar when the duo was returning from Prakash Rajs birthday bash last night.Kona Venkat tweeted ‘’A very shocking moment for me & our producer Danayya garu, when we got looted at knife point by some highway robbers last night at Shadnagar’’ He further explains: "The robbers cut one tree and blocked the road and as we stopped the vehicle with an axe they broke the drivers window and opened the doors and put a large knife On my throat and demanded to give everything we had.Took everything from us and left.Whats happening to this city?"."I hope the new state doesnt become a crime zone," he wished.

He also cautioned the people saying ‘’For all those who travel frequently on shadnagar- kesampet road in the night be cautious.A professional &dangerous robbers gang is out there’’ Kona and Daanayya have complained to the police and they are investigating the case.
