Kiev calls on those in the country’s south and east to flee the country before cold sets in

Kiev Sep 1, : The Ukrainian government is warning citizens who are from conflicting areas in the south and east of Ukraine to leave before the cold winter season starts.

"I recommend that you evacuate from Donetsk, Kherson, Zaporizhzhya and a portion of the Kharkiv region prior to the start of winters chill," Vice-Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk said on Ukrainian television on Wednesday "Those who can leave gradually in a planned way." She also advised people not returning to these regions before the next spring regardless of whether the issue of heating was resolved.At present, she said, the government has only imposed a forced evacuations to the Donetsk region.

This is being studied for other areas or portions of these, Vereshchuk added.The Ukrainian leadership is anticipating an extremely difficult winter because of the Russian conflict.
