They also released the tweet by Sitaram Yechuri, CPI-M general Secretary, who said she was opposed to a similar Mumabi-Ahmedabad bullettrain project but gave green light to Vijayan’s favorite project.Vijayan, who will take the first steps in firefighting, will meet an audience at Kochi, the capital of the state, to explain the project.

At the 12 other districts, the talk will be given by state cabinet ministers. An anonymous media critic stated that these "invited audience" meetings are nothing more than an eyesore.

The only people whose political views are well-known will receive invitations. This will reduce the amount of questions that will be asked.

However, if any questions do arise, they could be stage-managed.It is important to present it in public, but not to an invited audience.
