Karnataka ACB handing over case of bribe-givers to CBI

In an important development, the Anti-Corruption Bureau in Karnataka (ACB), has transferred the case against the bribe-givers (CBI), according to sources from the ACBIn this matter, complaints were filed with ACB against the retired Karnataka High Court B.

ACB lodged FIRs earlier against three individuals who were accused of giving bribes in order to secure prestigious government positions based on Janaadhikaara Sngharsha Parishaths complaints.Swamy was bribed by several people and the victims had filed police complaints asking for police action to recover the money.
