The Hyderabad High Court on Wednesday posted the hearing of bail petition of TDP MLA A.Revanth Reddy to Friday.
After hearing the arguments of ACB High Court postponed the bail petition to friday and directed the Anti-Corruption Bureau to file its counter and adjourned the hearing to June 26th.
Today the ACB has filed a counter petition in the High court against Revanth’s bail petition.The ACB has stated that the case is in a crucial stage hence appealed to the court not to grant bail to Revanth.
ACB stated there is the possibilities of tampering or influencing the evidence in the case.ACB quoted that FSL report is still awaiting and Mathaiah needs to be interrogated.
Considering ACB arguments the judge granted two days of time and posted the matter to Friday.Meanwhiel one of the lawyers of Revanth said the ACB sought time till Monday but the judge directed it to file the additional counter by Friday.
