Bhubaneswar : , India’s preparations to the Paris Olympics 2024 will start here.The FIH Odisha Hockey Men’s Junior World Cup, which kicks off on Wednesday, is going to be a huge sporting spectacle.
After a four-decade gap, the Tokyo 2020 bronze medal was won by the senior men’s hockey team.Indian hockey fans now expect the junior team to get experience here to help them change the color of their medal at the 2024 Games.

Although there is only three years until the Paris Olympics are held, it’s a fact the Paris Olympics will be hosted in Paris.The current crop of junior athletes are expected to make up the core of the team.

A good performance at the World Junior Championships Bhubaneswar 2021 could help them get on the right track.

Belgium, the reigning World and Olympics senior champion, will kick off the proceedings with a match against South Africa.India and France will face each other in the fifth match, which starts at 8 p.m.IST.

India has a good chance to retain the title, despite the fact that the field is now depleted by the withdrawal of Australia, England and New Zealand.

Although the Junior World Cup was established in France in 1979, India didn’t participate in its first competitions.They made their debut in 1997 at Milton Keynes in England and reached the final with their maiden entry.
