Movie lovers never forget the year 2009 as the massive Sci-fi blockbuster film, Avatar had hit the screens and hearts of everyone.
Consequently, when James Cameron had confirmed two sequels for it, all are excited to experience the wonders in Pandora.Recently, the maverick director has given a joyous update while talking to Hollywood Megastar Arnold Schwarzenegger in a video call ahead of the 2020 Austrian World Summit environmental conference.
Cameron revealed that the filming of Avatar 2 is 100% complete, and the next sequel, Avatar 3 has also finished 95 per cent of the shoot.He said the New Zealand government has allowed a 30-member crew of the movie to complete the production work earlier.
Due to the pandemic, the makers had lost four-and-half months of production, because of which, the release of the film has shifted to December 2022.Earlier, Avatar 2 was scheduled to hit the screens on December 17, 2020.
According to the Hollywood reports, Avatar will have five sequels which trace the story of the offspring of Jake Sully (Worthington) and Neytiri (Saldana).
