Auckland, November 23rd : Former New Zealand wicketkeeper Ian Smith has expressed dissatisfaction with the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCIs) decision to not rest Virat Kohli, Test skipper, for the first game against Kane Williamson-led Kanpur side on November 25.
