Instagram will restrict sensitive content to new teens.

San Francisco, Aug 26 : Meta-owned social media platform for sharing photos and videos Instagram has revealed that it will restrict sensitive content to new teen users on the platform.

It will display prompts that ask users to check their settings, including the ability to control who can share their content who can message them and contact them the most, what content they are able to view and how they can control their time on Instagram "We are constantly developing control mechanisms to help users to personalize their experience using Instagram," the company said "Last the summer, we introduced the Sensitive Content Control to ensure that users could decide the amount or the amount of sensitive content they want to view in Explore for accounts they dont follow.Today, were making announcements about the latest updates to this control,"" it said.
