Siva Kumar Vaddi, Head of Engineering at Infinity Learn, told IANS that Infinity Learn is the fast-growing educational technology platform in India and has reached more than two million registered users and more than 100K paid customers on the platform in the space of one year from the platform’s commercial launch.

Q What is Infinity Learn’s USP in the EdTech landscape?
A: Infinity Learn is designed to be a one-stop solution for school and after-school learning.Infinity Learn is a place where there are some of the most skilled faculty together with more than two million pieces of educational materials such as adaptive practice questions flashcards, solutions, flashcards and videos are seamlessly integrated to provide 360-degree learning.
Our three primary areas of focus and delivery are engagement, motivation and the end result.
Our 4A (Assessments and Live Classes and Ask Doubt 24/7 Assimilate) learning system was developed after 20 years of perfection to make sure that every student succeeds in their education.
Q What is your vision for the future?
A: Our long-term mission/vision is the Code 2025.Our mission is to enhance the outputs of learning to allow an assessment of the improvement of our students.
“Learning journeys” represent the continuous learning process across grades and places the student on the right track to progress.

Q: What is the size of your activities in India?
A: Under the umbrella of Asia’s most powerful Education company Sri Chaitanya, Infinity Learn is the fastest-growing company in the field of EdTech in India.It is run by individuals with the aim of’Powering Learner’s Progress’, it has reached one million registered users and more than 100K paid customers on its platform in just a period of 10 months following its launch (June 2021).
Q: Can you tell us some of your customer’s success stories?
A: The highest ranked holders of the highly regarded NEET 2021 Examination are students of Sri Chaitanya Educational Institution which is the leading institution in the country in testing preparation services, including Khandavally’s Shashank Gorripati Rushil (from the Class room program) as well as Suyash Arora (from our Distance Learning Programme).
We also scored 25+ top ranks that are below 100 ranks.This amazing result is to the heels of the announcement recently made of the JEE ADVANCED 2O21 score in which Sri Chaitanya’s students racked up 26 ranks lower than 100.
Q What are your thoughts of the trend of buying physical learning centers that have been launched?
A A Indian education system is widely praised for its concentration on academics and constant determination to help students go on a an enjoyable journey of learning.Edtech tools are becoming becoming more mainstream, or at the very least, the aim is to go mainstream.
For that they will need an approach that is hybrid.
Additionally, there is a rising demand for inter-personal mentorship for learners that is available and reasonably priced in Tier II/II cities.
It doesn’t mean there is a shortage of excellent teachers in these cities.However, there is an absence of students who have a comfortable learning environment with proper learning activities that is possibly the most important of every step to high-quality teaching and learning.

To make this happen To bridge this gap, we (Infinity Learn by Sri Chaitanya) have provided to students of the tier II/III cities an actual presence with The Knowledge Hub created (backed with extensive market research) with an aim to create a more engaging learning environment that encourages higher levels of student performance.
Q: What have cloud technology and AWS allowed you to improve?
A: Since Infinity Learn started building and expanding, our apps are currently being utilized by more than 2 million users.
We were able deliver a superior customer experience, the solutions we that we developed, and as we increased the number of concurrent customers, it was difficult to manage.We had to constantly improve our approach to expand.
We have spent too much time on scaling, instead of creating value for our customers.We aim to continually increase the level of service we provide while reducing costs in a steady manner, increase concurrency, and create and deploy new products more quickly.
To achieve all of these goals was only possible if we made the leap to cloud.
Each day, every day on Infinity Learn, thousands of users from all corners of India use the Infinity the edtech platform to further education.
Students are either taking an exam, taking part in an in-person class or asking a question, or learning to integrate using an IL platform.
It has been an a more important component of many stories of success of students in the world of education.
Infinity Learn began its cloud journey from the very beginning of its transition for Learn clients .Clients are now on AWS using the benefits of many of the key services offered by AWS that include Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (Amazon EC2), Amazon Relational Database Service (Amazon RDS), Amazon Elasticsearch, Amazon ElastiCache, and Amazon Lambda.In the end, Infinity Learn was able to manage the users with ease.
Q What are the results of business results What benefits have you gotten from the use of running your business on AWS?
A: Using the AWS infrastructure lets us perform tasks more efficiently and also gives us the ability to create new ideas.Our latest Adaptive learning with tenant-specific solution is a great example of how we are using AWS technologies to create an application that gives data-driven insights to our learners to create a customized learning plan to meet their learning goals with.
We have created a highly accessible system that was able to accommodate the increasing amount of customers’ entitlements and requirements across all verticals.
We also were able to expand the application as and as required using the auto-scaling and load-balancing functions of AWS.
It was easy to increase the size of the application in the case of certain events like testing, Concurrent Live classes , and so on.In the case of entitlements per second, they were at their highest for a short period of time and these peak results are observed every week, for the maximum of between 2 and 5 hours.
The solution offered allows the client to introduce features more quickly than the previous experiences.
They were able achieve an architecture that is fault-tolerant.
In terms of infrastructure, our team opted to use Amazon Elastic Container Service (Amazon ECS) to meet the requirement for scalable capacity as well as Amazon CloudFront to ensure high availability.
Amazon CloudFront also acts as an additional layer of caching on the top of the outcomes that are stored in Amazon ElastiCache for Redis.
Overall, we can attain a typical latency of less than 100 milliseconds on the calls we make to our customers with an average availability of 99.9 percent.
With the help of AWS We reduced the time to launch an online marketing campaign by two days, to an average of 8 hours.
