IndiGo flight delayed approximately six hours following threat of bomb

New Delhi, Aug 27 : IndiGos Chennai-Dubai flight was delayed for more than six hours because of an alleged bomb threat that later was found to be fake, as officials announced on Saturday.

The flight was operated following an indefinite delay of approximately 6 hours after departing from Chennai." The passengers of the flight as well as staff members were given accommodation in the time of the delay.

The police have stepped in and detained the suspect.kvm/pgh .
