Kampala, Uganda : , November 21 : .The Indian contingent won a rich collection of 47 medals in the Uganda Para-Badminton International Event here Sunday. The total medal count includes 17 gold, 14 silver and 17 bronze medals.Information received from this site indicates that Ammu Mohan, Abu Hubaida and Palak Kohli each won two golds and one silver.
Manasi Joshi was awarded a gold medal at the women’s singles event SL3.
Sukant Kadam and Hardik Makkar were the gold winners.
Pramod Bhagat, Tokyo Paralympics Gold winner Pramod Bhagat won a silver medal at the men’s singles SL3-SL3 event.Along with Manoj Sarkar, he also won silver in the men’s doubles SL3–SL4 event.
Bhagat clinched the silver medal with Palak Kohli at the mixed doubles SL3 – SU5 event.
