New Delhi, Aug 17 : India has gained one position in the world ranking for median mobile speeds.It was ranked at 117th in July, up from the 118th position in June the report said on Wednesday.
According to the July Speedtest Global Index, Lebanon recorded the highest rank increase with a gain of 27 spots across the globe, with the UAE at the top of the list for global median mobile speeds.For worldwide fixed median speeds Chile continues to be at No.1 spot, with Bhutan increasing by 22 places and Mauritania rising by 21 in position globally.The Ookla Speedtest Global Index ranks mobile and fixed broadband speeds across the globe on an annual basis.vc/ .
