New Delhi, Nov 26th : , India reported that in the last 24 hours it had received 10,549 new Covid-19 cases and 488 deaths.This was according to the Ministry of Health and Family welfare on Friday morning. The death toll nationwide now stands at 4,674,468 with the addition of the new fatalities
The cumulative number of 3,39,778,830 patients has increased with the recovery of 9,868 in the last 24 hours.India’s recovery rate is now at 98.33 percent, the highest since March 2020.
1,10,133 active cases are currently in the country.The active cases currently make up 0.32 percent of the country’s total positive caseload, which is the lowest level since March 2020.
In the same time period, over 63.71 million tests were also conducted in India.
In the meantime, the weekly positivity rate of 0.89 percent has remained below 1% for the past 12 days.
The daily positivity rate currently stands at 0.89.It has remained below 2% for 53 days and below 3% for 88 consecutive days.
India’s Covid vaccination coverage has reached 120.27 million as a result of the administration of 83.88,824 vaccine doses within the last 24 hours.
This was achieved through 1,24 56,121 sessions.
