The southern states are likely to receive Heavy rains on October 28.Ramanathapuram, Tirunelveli, Kanyakumari, Thoothukudi, Mayiladuthurai, Nagapattinam, and Karaikal, districts in Kerala and Coastal areas are likely to receive Heavy rains on October 28, the meteorological office predicts.

On October 29, Heavy rains are expected in some parts of Kerala and Rayalaseema.
