Panaji, Nov 28, : .Actor Manoj Bajpayee stated that IFFI was a great platform to encourage India’s next generation filmmakers.
He also said that he believes that the country, given its large population, could be a powerful force in entertainment. Bajpayee, speaking at the 52nd International Film Festival of India’s closing ceremony, said that he believes that the IFFI, which is organized by the government of India, is a great vehicle for encouraging and inciting new filmmakers as well as the next generation of filmmakers.
A country with such a large population can be a major player in entertainment in the future.This platform (referring to IFFI), will be the main force behind them.
Pramod Sawant, Goa Chief Minister, Union Minister for Information Broadcasting Anurag Thkur, and Prasoon Joshi, lyricist and CBFC chairperson, honored the actor.
