Gurugram DTCP to verify OC in a phased manner

Gurugram, Nov 29, : In response to complaints from people involved in illegal construction following the issuance of an occupation certificate (OC), the district town planning (DTCP), department of Gurugram decided that the first inspection would take place after 10 days, and the second after 45.

RS Bhatt, District Town Planner, stated, "It has been revealed that some people are involved in illegal construction after receiving the occupation certificate from department." An FIR was filed against them, and approximately 50 occupation certificates were also cancelled.

After meeting with the deputy commissioner Monday, Bhatt also stated that rules were being broken by building several floors on EWS plots in DLF Phase-3 "After a recent survey of the area, it was discovered that approximately 80 percent of the plots had violated rules.The rules require that all violators be dealt with by the Deputy Commissioner.
