Mumbai, Nov 30, : Gulfam Khan, an actress currently appearing on TV’s ‘Ziddi Dil Maane Na, is delighted to have attended the International Film Festival of India, Goa. She said that the International Film Festival of India was held every year in Goa, but it has been cancelled since the outbreak.Because I am a passionate lover of cinema, I make it a point of going to IFFI as often as possible and staying for as long as possible.
Gulfam is also associated to the London Film Festival, and she believes in promoting Indian cinema worldwide.
She said, “We watch Hollywood and Bollywood films, but we don’t appreciate the cinema we produce as Indians.” Because our culture is multi-lingual and multi-cultural, there are many forms of cinema that we can enjoy.This is what I get to eat at this festival.I saw many films in different languages and genres this year.
“As the creative partner for the London Film Festival, I am always on the lookout to find films from India.In 2022, our theme will be India’s contribution in world cinema.We hope to showcase some of the best Indian films there.”
Gulfam is well-known for his appearances in shows such as ‘Aladdin, Laado 2’ and ‘Naamkarann’.
