Washington, Nov 29, : According to Johns Hopkins University, the global coronavirus caseload has surpassed 261.46 millions.The deaths have risen to more than 5.19million and vaccination has reached over 7.60 billion. The University’s Center for Systems Science and Engineering (CSSE), updated Monday morning to reveal that the global death toll and caseload are currently at 261,460.688 and 5,199.456, respectively.The total number of vaccine doses was 7,602,216.580.
According to the CSSE, the USA continues to be the country most affected by the greatest number of deaths and cases, with 48,229210 and 776.639 respectively.
India is the second-most affected country in terms of cases (34,572,523 infection and 468,554 death), followed by Brazil (22,080,906 infection and 614,278 death).
The CSSE figures revealed that the UK (10,202370), Russia (9.403,480), Turkey (8.748,025) and France (7,723,032) are the worst countries with more than 5 million cases.
Mexico (293,859) and Russia (267,527) are the nations with a death rate of more than 100,000.Peru (201,071) is the UK (145 218), India (133,674) and Iran (129,629).
Colombia (128,437), France (1119,875), Argentina (116,529) are the countries with a death rate of over 100,000.
