Washington, Nov 26th : .According to Johns Hopkins University, the global coronavirus caseload has reached 259.9 millions.The deaths have risen to more than 5.18million and vaccinations to more than 7.52 billion. The University’s Center for Systems Science and Engineering (CSSE), released its latest update Friday morning.It revealed that the current global caseload and death toll, as well as the total number of vaccine doses, stood at 259944,465, 5,181,026 and 7,523,941,771, respectively.
According to the CSSE, the USA continues to be the country most affected by the greatest number of deaths and cases, with 48,126,373 in the US and 775,785 in the UK.
India is the second-most affected country in terms of cases (34,544.882 infections and 466.980 deaths), followed closely by Brazil (22.5055,238 infections, 613.642 deaths).
The CSSE figures revealed that the UK (10,076,115), Russia (9.303,751) and Turkey (8,654,142) are the worst countries with more than 5 million cases.
Mexico (293,186), Russia (263,934), Peru (200,001), the UK (144.875), Indonesia (143.782), Peru (200.961), Italy (133.486), Iran (128,376), Colombia (128,290), France (1119,758), and Argentina (116.480) are some of the nations with a death rate exceeding 100,000.
