Mumbai 22nd, August : Punjabi superstar Gippy Grewal who is scheduled to release his Punjabi film ‘Shinda Shinda Papa’ in theatres on Baisakhi 2023, revealed that his sole focus as an artist is to provide entertainment to the viewers.The film is set in the UK and then moves to India and follows the father who is trying to get his son who is a naughty child on the right path.
In a statement at the time of the film’s announcement of its release date, Gippy said in a statementthat “I am driven to bring my viewers the best entertainment and ‘Shinda Shinda Papa is not an exception.The film is an emotional rollercoaster of emotions and demonstrates how a father deals with his unruly son as he moves from the UK to India.”
The film will feature Gippy Grewal as lead, along with his son Shinda Grewal.It is the first time that we see the father and son duo on the screen.
Sharing his experiences of watching the screen with his son, Gippy said, “I am extremely excited to work with my son Shinda and bring our real-life bond onto the screen.This will be my second feature with director Amarpreet Chhabra , and working with him is an absolute pleasure.I’m looking forward to collaborating with Yoodlee Films and giving viewers a film to remember for years to come.Baisakhi.”
The film’s director of the movie, Amarpreet Chhabra added, “All of us are working extremely hard to ensure that “Shinda Shinda No Papa’ proves to be an absolute delight.Being with Gippy to make it a second time is more memorable than the first time because of the father-son duo.”
“Shinda Shinda Papa” is a film created by Yoodlee Films will debut in cinemas on the festival day of Baisakhi on April 14 2023.
