Lucknow, Nov 28, : On Sunday, Yogi Adityanath, the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, announced that Gangster Act and NSA would be used against those involved in the UP TET-2021 Paper-Leak.
“Those involved in this crime must be aware that a case has been opened against them under Gangster Act, and their property will also be confiscated as well as imposition of National Security Act,” said the Chief Minister while speaking to a crowd in Deoria.

He sent a warning to anyone who tries to undermine the transparent recruitment process.Transparency must be maintained, regardless of whether it is a job or a test.

Adityanath also assured the public that the exam would be repeated in a transparent manner within one month.Examiners will not be charged an additional fee and they will be allowed to travel free on UPSRTC buses.

The state government of Uttar Pradesh has announced that it will conduct the Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility test (UPTET 2021) exam in one month after the question paper was leaked.The government clarified that examinees won’t have to submit any application fees or fill out any forms again.

Additional Director General of Police (ADG), Law and Order.Prashant Kumar stated that STF had detained dozens of suspects in the case.

The UP Police Special Task Force (STF), has taken into custody 23 suspects from various cities, including four from Lucknow, three each from Meerut, Varanasi Gorakhpur and Kaushambhi, as well as 13 from Prayagraj.
