New Delhi, Nov 26th : , Prime Minister Narendra Modi said Friday that India’s development is being impeded by “forces with colonial mindsets”, sometimes at the expense of freedom of expression.
He stated that “We are among the nations leading in the use renewable energy.” We are the only country that is working towards achieving the Paris Agreement goals before the deadline.But, India must face pressure for the sake of the environment.Because of colonial mindset.This mindset has caused development to be stalled in our country, sometimes at the cost of freedom of expression or another name.

He said that India is often compared to some benchmarks of developed countries, and this is used to cover for India’s decline in development without understanding the aspirations of the Indian youth.

He said that obstacles are being placed in the way of development.

He added that those who create roadblocks in development’s path will never face the consequences of their actions.

“Rather, the mother who cannot educate her child due to the inability to get electricity to her home is facing the consequences.

The father, who couldn’t take his son to the hospital because of a stalled road construction, is also facing the consequences.Modi said that modern age utilities are not available for middle-class families, despite their income.

He added that this has shattered the dreams of millions of people in the country.

Modi stressed that environmental issues are used today to block the development of developing countries like India.

Live examples were shown at COP26 a few weeks ago.Modi stated that the absolute cumulative emissions of developed nations between 1850 and today is 15 times greater than India’s.Modi also stated that per capita, the developed countries’ emissions are 15 times higher than India’s, while the US and EU absolute cumulative emission are 11 times greater than India.He also said that US and EU per capita emissions are 20 times greater than India.

He stated that the colonial mindset was not over and that the paths through which developed nations reached the pinnacle of their development are being closed for developing countries.He stated that they have one goal: to stop the development of developing nations.

Modi stressed that the Constitution is the greatest strength for removing such obstacles.Since both the government as the judiciary were born out of it, they are twins.

He said that both the government and the judiciary were created by the Constitution.They complement each other, even though they are distinct.
