South Africa A posted 509/7 runs after being put in to bat.This was on the backs of Captain Pieter Mal’n’s 163 runs and Tony de Zor’i’s117 runs.India A speedsters Arzan Nagwaswalla and Navdeep Saini took two wickets each.
India A responded strongly with the bat, with captain Priyank Pantchal scoring a brilliant 96 and AbhimanyuEaswaran hitting a stunning ton.Prithvi Shaw was a quick 48 to set the tone.
India was A to 308/4 at stumps with Panchal’s 96 and Easwaran’s ton (103) on Day 3.
Rain delayed play on Day 4.However, the relentless rain meant that play could not be continued on the final day.
