The social media giant Facebook has announced its plans to acquire mobile messaging service WhatsApp.Facebook paid bomb to WhatsApp and according to the announcement Facebook has agreed to pay $19 billion(more than 11000 crores) in cash and stock Facebook said it is keeping WhatsApp as a separate service, just as it did with Instagram, which it bought for about $715.
