New Delhi, Aug 5 : After the Congress was not granted permission to organize demonstrations in the New Delhi district, where the police have placed section 144 in place, Rahul Gandhi on Friday claimed that this was an time of rule of law and what was constructed in the last 70 years was destroyed in the last eight years.
