Ambiguity over the resumption of educational institutions in Telangana still persists.However, the government seems to be leaning towards the opening of educational institutions as the severity of corona cases are declining.
With this, there are indications that educational institutions will start in Telangana from February 1.It is learned that the Telangana government is planning to open schools and colleges following the corona rules.The government is likely to officially announce its decision on the matter today.
The state government on Friday told the high court that the schools would reopen after 30th this month.
However, the High Court bench was amazed to hear that universities and colleges would be closed and schools reopened.
It is learned that the government will take a decision in this direction as the health ministry has already submitted a report to the education ministry.
With the 10th class exams also approaching, Government’s support for the resumption of schools seems certain.Currently online classes are conducted for Inter, Degree students along with 8th, 9th, 10th grade students.
Parents are also of the view that these will not be of much use and that educational institutions should be opened.
