Draft Bill deserves to be sent back – JP

Lok Satta MLA Jayaprakash who supported Telangana two days ago now says that the Telangana bill was lopsided,with lot of loop holes and needs to be sent back.Ironically JP though contesting in Telangana badly needs the samaikyandhra votes Now he has chosen to table another notice to speaker Nadendla Manohar for returning the bill and read out the notice at media point .

Quoting the provision under section 77 of assembly rules and regulations Jayaprakash Narayan said that draft Bill deserves to be sent back and can not discussed or debated in the house .He has quoted several reasons why the Bill should not be debated .
