Chennai, November 21st : .Director Mandhira Morthy has announced that the film unit ‘Ayodhi,’ which features actor Sasikumar, is now in production. Producer and distributor Trident Arts R Ravindran is financing the film.The film will be on display on Monday.
Mandhira Moorthy, director of the film said that “The film would be shot within a time period of 45 days.” The film will be shot in Madurai, Rameswaram and surrounding areas.
He said that the movie was about something everyone has to face once in his life.The theme is easy to connect with.
It is an emotive subject that shows us the darker side of our world.Sasikumar loved the idea and agreed to join us.
The director was asked by a reporter why the film set in Madurai, Rameswaram, had been named ‘Ayodhi.’
Yashpal Sharma, Bose Venkat, and Pugazh from ‘Cook with Comali’ fame are also part of the star cast.
Technically, N R Raghunanthan’s music will be used in the film.Maathesh will serve as the cinematographer.
