Two more arms suppliers are arrested by Delhi Police

Delhi Police has arrested two more illegal arms suppliers as part of an illegal arms racketOfficials identified the two dealers as Bharat, a resident of GB Nagar in UP, and Devender (resident of Aligarh in UP), an official said Tuesday.

During interrogation of Kuldeep and Dilbagh (two other accused), their names were revealed.They were arrested by police on November 23 "This gang was active for the past six months and has supplied over 100 illegal pistols, to various gangsters in Delhi-NCR," Shankar Choudhary, Deputy Commissioner of Police, said.

According to the official, the gang was involved in smuggling illegal weapons from UP into Delhi NCR and supplying them to gangsters as well as other criminals.The suppliers were monitored closely by the police.

To capture Bharat, an illegal weapon supplier, raids were carried out at several hideouts in Jewar and Aligarh during the investigation.Kuldeep and Dilbagh revealed that the police had conducted raids at certain places.

Two people, Devender and Bharat, were captured by the police.Two country-made pistols as well as four live cartridges were found at the residence of the accused Bharat during the investigation.

During interrogation, the duo revealed that they had obtained illegal weapons from Golu of Aligarh in UP.The police stated that they are working to find the source of the illegal arms syndicate and to capture the accused Golu.uj/svn/skp #arms #suppliers #Delhi.
