Cops arrested producer C Kalyan

Jubilee Hills police of Hyderabad on Wednesday arrested Tollywood producer C.Kalyan in a case relating to the attack on a lady doctor residing in his apartment complex.

Kalyan, who recently produced Kamal Haasan starrer Uttama Villain, has surrendered himself at the Police Station this morning Its known that few days back a case have been registered against Kalyan.

The police have registered a case against Kalyan after Dr.Kavita lodged a complaint that he had abused her and thrashed her during an argument over opening a bank account without their knowledge and permission to claim the compensation of Metro Rail authorities.The police recorded C Kalyans statement before arresting him and he is expected to be granted bail soon.

The police booked a case against C Kalyan under sections 506, 509 and 245 of the Indian Penal Code.
