Bhopal 2 Sep : In announcing a differences between Centre and state information on the unemployed registered young people in Madhya Pradesh, the Opposition Congress in the state has accused the ruling BJP of not disclosing the information.
The Leader of Opposition (LoP) in MP assembly Dr Govind Singh said that according to the economic survey the state government stated that the total number of registered unemployment is 30.23 lakh.However, the shram portal of the Centre stated it as 1.30 crore.

Singh He accused the Shivraj Singh Chouhan-led government of concealing the facts and present the “half truth” before the Assembly.

He demanded that the government disclose the specifics of the number of youth unemployed in the state on white sheet.

In the past 18 years, Chouhan has made several announcements to recruit and fill vacant posts in the various departments of the state.

but the state was not able to fulfill its commitments, he alleged.

“If the process of direct recruitment were to continue as it is many departments of the state government would be empty.

Since, employees are getting retirement every year, yet new recruitment is not being conducted for the last few years,” Singh told IANS.

The chief of opposition also stated that in 2001 the amount of permanent state workers was 5.13 lakh.This number fell to 4.52 lakh in March of 2018 and is now down to 4.37 lakh.
