The number of corona cases is increasing day by day in Andhra Pradesh.Recently, AP CM, Jaganmohan Reddy responded to the situation in the state and issued important directives to the authorities.
“Corona cases are booming again… The pandemic needs to be curbed immediately,” said AP Chief Minister Jagan. He said that everyone from the district collectors to the staff of the village secretariats was working hard to curb the spread of corona.
Jagan said that the recovery rate in the state was 96.19 percent. The highest number of positive cases were reported in Chittoor district followed by Srikakulam, Visakhapatnam, Krishna, Guntur, and Nellore districts.
Jagan said that imposing a lockdown would bring the financial crisis in the state and hence, there is a need to control the corona without imposing a lockdown.
He ordered all PHCs to make necessary arrangements to conduct corona tests.
Jagan made it clear that, if there is no separate room for isolation at home, then the patient should be sent to the Covid Centers.
The corona-infected person’s house will be marked and Jagan ordered to give the patient a Covid kit immediately.ANM was asked to visit that house once every three days and if the patient is not recovering, it is advised to move him to a care center or hospital.
