Chris Rock’s Oscars co-host Regina Hall thanks Will Smith for his apology

Los Angeles, Aug 25 : Actress Regina Hall responded to actor Will Smiths Oscars apology with a heartfelt thank-youHall who was co-hosting the ceremony and was the co-host, thanked Will for his apology in an online video message following the 53-year-old actor starred in a comedy with Chris Rock during this years Oscars ceremony, after he made an ode to his wife Jada Pinkett Smith.

Smith explained: "Ive reached out to Chris and the response is that hes still not ready to speak .When he is ready, he is likely to reach out.So , Im going to tell you: Chris apologize to you.My conduct was not acceptable and Im available whenever youre ready to discuss." The actor also expressed his regrets to Chris his mother and to the entire family.

The movie star who took home the Best Actor gong at the Oscars for his performance in "King Richard" - said "I did not realize how many people were injured in that moment, and so Id like to apologize to Chriss mom.I would like to apologize." Oscars producer Will Packer subsequently praised Will for his apology to the public.
