China quake toll reaches 74

Beijing 7 September : The amount of people killed following the 6.8-magnitude earthquake struck Luding county in Chinas Sichuan province has risen to 74, and 26 people are still missing local authorities announced Wednesday.

In Yaan, the city of Yaan in Yaan, 34 people were dead, 12 were missing, and 89 people had been injured at the time of late Tuesday afternoon, according to the emergency management office of Yaan.The earthquake struck on Monday.
