China may be planning for water war with Asia, after it has completed the serial dams of Tibet

New Delhi, November 19th: The recent floods that swept through parts of South Asia and Southeast Asia in the past year have been a warning sign for many countries, including Thailand, Bangladesh, Myanmar, and Bangladesh.
