Anand Giri and 2 other people were charged with a crime

Two months after Akhil Bhartiya Akhara Parishad chief, Mahant Naendra Giri was discovered dead in mysterious circumstances, three individuals were charged by the Central Investigative Agency, CBI, with alleged suicide abetment chargesCBI stated that there was sufficient evidence to convict the three of them of complicity in the crime of aiding suicide and criminal conspiracy related to the suicide of Mahant.

He was allegedly hanged in Prayagrajs Ashram in September.In the Saturday chargesheet, Sandeep Tiwari and Adya Prasad Twari were named as well.
