Revanth Reddy case will not stand in Courts

TDP senior Yanamala gives the much needed breather to all TDP circles.

Its known with the help of the nominated MLA, Telanagana ACB officials executed a perfect trap for Revanth and he caught red handed while bribing.

Today speaking to reporters Yanamala said that the case may not stand in courts according to a Supreme Court’s directive.He said that SC ruled out sting operations and that they cannot be valid.

Although Yanamala did not mention about Revanth Reddys case, he spoke about sting operations and their legal validity.Last year Supreme Court said sting operations are not legal method of law enforcement.It said unlike the U.S.and certain other countries where a sting operation is recognized as a legal method of law enforcement, though in a limited manner, the same is not the position in India.The court opined that for pinning down a person, when the sting operation conducting party is resorting to another crime which is not acceptable.
