Case filed on Top Hero’s father

Criminal charges have been filed on Hrithik Roshans father, Bollywood Producer, Director and actor Rakesh Roshan and director Sanjay Gupta.

On to the topic, model turned actor Sudhanshu Pandey who was in thoughts of turning producer with a film titled Farmayish, had alleged that Sanjay Guptas next with Hrithik Roshan that would be coproduced by Rakesh Roshan had been inspired/copied from his script.

Sudhanshu has registered criminal charges of fraud and theft against Rakesh Roshan and Sanjay Gupta at the Amboli Police station, Mumbai.With the help of his lawyer, he will be filing a civil complaint next week.

Sudhanshu Pandey had also sent two notices to Gupta and Rakesh Roshan and also filed a complaint in the Indian Film and Television Producers Council (IFTPC).Neither Rakesh Roshan nor Sanjay Gupta have responded on this issue.
