Case against Komatireddy closed!

The Hyderabad High Court division bench comprising Chief justice Kalyan Jyothi Sengupta and Justice P V Sanjay Kumaron Wednesday closed the case filed by Nalgonda TRS leader D Narasimha reddy against Congress MLA Komatireddy Venkat Reddy.

The TRS leader in his petition alleged that the Congress MLA had furnished false information about his educational qualification in his election affidavit and sought his disqualification on this ground.

​ ​ However the bench closed the case and asked the concerned parties to approach an appropriate forum to pursue their grievances.
