Brahmanandam receives a huge insult

Gone those days when Brahmanandam used to be the second biggest attraction beside hero in a film.We would say, there were more than couple of blockbusters which had Brahmanandam carrying the entire film on his shoulders.

But today, its totally different.Brahmanandam is not charging 2.5 lakhs to 3 lakhs per day like old days.Filmmakers are not writing seperate comedy tracks for the ace comedian.

Although audience get to see Brahmanandam rarely in theaters, we could barely hear any whistle in theater.Irrespective of his form, director K.S.Ravikumar invested trust in the senior comedian by giving him a long space in his film with Balakrishna.Brahmi played a length role in Jai Simha.

But he wouldnt be seen much in the final cut.It is heard that Balakrishna and Ravikumar have chopped most of the scenes having Brahmanandam.Dont know whether the scenes havent come well or the makers just dont want to make comedy track an obstacle in story telling.

For whatever reasons, this is nothing less than an insult for the comedian.Jai Simha is a C.Kalyan production with Nayanatara and Hari Priya playing the female leads.The film is scheduled for January 12th release.
