Bommai begins ‘Jan Swaraj’ yatra, slams Cong on Bitcoin scandal

Koppala, Karnataka : November 19 : Karnataka Chief minister Basavaraj Bhommai started the "Jan Swaraj" yatra at Koppala District and attacked the Congress for vilifying his government.

He made indirect references to Bitcoin and he blasted the Congress.The alleged fraud occurred during their tenure as government.

The national spokesperson for their party has stated this, citing the cases in 2016 and 2017.Who was then in power? "Who released the defendant?" Bommai questioned the Congress.The accused was arrested by the government in connection with a case involving drug abuse and three charges have been filed against him.The probe has been initiated by the central investigative agencies.You are now questioning the people who have arrested him."What should we do now?" asked the Chief Minister.He reiterated the governments position on the matter and said that "our stand is firm." The alleged fraudsters will be punished.
