New Delhi, Nov 28, : , A day before the Winter Session of parliament began, a meeting of Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) parliamentary executive as well as floor leaders from the National Democratic Alliance (NDA), was held on Sunday to discuss the strategy. It was discovered that talks were held regarding the upcoming Winter Session and key bills and business issues to be discussed during the session.
The BJP’s parliamentary executive meeting was presided over by JP Nadda, party chief and union minister Rajnath Singh.Bhupendra Yadav and Smriti Irani, Pralhad Joshuai and other participants were also present.
Joshi stated that the meeting included detailed discussions about the party’s strategy to ensure smooth functioning of the House.
Sources claim that Nadda stressed the importance of good attendance by party MPs.

The meeting was attended by the JD-U, LJP, and other alliance partners.

Joshi stated that the meeting discussed key bills and businesses that would be addressed during the session.
A day earlier, the government convened an informal meeting of floor leaders from all parties to discuss the upcoming winter session of Parliament.
Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister Joshi asked all parties to cooperate for smooth operation of the House during the meeting.
Defence Minister Singh stated that the government values healthy discussion in parliament.
The ruling BJP has issued a 3-line whip to its MPs in both Houses of Parliament to be present on Nov 29, as the government is expected to table key legislations, including a bill to repeal farm laws.
