Bihar Varsity offers admit card with the photo of Governor Phagu Chauhan’s picture

Patna 9th Sep : Patna, Sep 9 : Lalit Narayan Mithila University (LNMU) in Bihars Darbhanga has been in the spotlight once more after it issued an admission card with Governor Phagu Chauhans photograph to take the BA part 3 examThe story was made public following a photo of the admission card was shared through social media.
