Mumbai 17 August : Bollywood director Ayan Mukerji is preparing for the release of his biggest-budget film “Brahmastra,” which features an ensemble cast has revealed the motivations behind the film in an exclusive video posted by the film’s producers.In the clip, Ayan shares that the seeds of “Brahmastra” were planted in his mind from childhood, and the way his father used to share mythological stories with him.He states that every Indian is influenced by Indian philosophy in some way or way.
When he entered the teens, Ayan was introduced to the world of western fantasy tales like “Lord Of The Rings” and ‘Harry Potter’, and later on, as a young film director he was interested in how western cinema utilized technology extensively to create big-screen spectacles.
When he set out to create “Brahmastra,” the shades of all of these influences converged and created the story of “Brahmastra”.Director, who previously directed films such as “Wake Up Sid, ‘Yeh Jawaani Ha Deewani and ‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani’, is proud of his labor of passion that ‘Brahmastra’.
“Brahmastra,” which features Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna and Mouni Roy was created by Star Studios, Dharma Productions, Prime Focus and Starlight Pictures.
The film is scheduled to premiere in theaters on September 9th, 2022 in five Indian languages namely Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada.The film is directed by S.S.Rajamouli in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam.
