"That will be my next motivation.

I want to get to the World Cup and defend it.Then, I can go off in the sunset.International cricket is not something I will be doing beyond this point.Cricket.com.

Wade did not have to play in the final as Australia won 173 runs with eight wickets at Dubai, their first ever Mens T20 World Cup title.Wade shared his doubts about missing the final Sunday.

Wade said that if I hadnt woken up to find out I could not swing the bat I would have quit.It was a concern that I would lose my ability to continue if I batted first, and I felt that I needed to push the ball as far as possible.

Australia could have given Josh Inglis an international debut if the 33-year old hadnt played. They would have to tie me up to my bed, but that was not what I thought.

It was my intention to play every day.If it were going to harm the team, I would not have played. Before the game, I hit some balls and then lied my way out of it.Wade said, "They made me hit more balls but it was fine.nr/c #Australias #keeper #Wade #plans #World #Cricket #BCCI #ICC #IPL.
