Canberra, November 23, : , Australia’s total Covid cases exceeded 200,000 on Tuesday.The country is currently fighting a third round of the pandemic. The country has now recorded over 1000 new infections in 24 hours.This is according to Xinhua news agency.
In the same time frame, another 21 people died from the virus.This is the highest number of single-day deaths since October.
According to data from the Department of Health, 91.7 percent of Australians over 16 have had one dose of vaccines and 85.5 percent were inoculated fully.
